Peek-a-boo behind large doors with massive hinges and finger pinching zones galore is my new favorite game. While any door will do, the small bathroom in the beach house is the best place to play this game. Why? For one, there is no basement under this portion of the house so the tile on the ground is nice and chilly. Secondly, it's right by the back door creating a nice draft to keep the parents cold and alert. Finally, there is nothing else for parents to do, see or watch while tucked into this nook of the house.
In some much gloomier news to go along with the weather, mommy is on a business trip until tomorrow night. So no matter how many times I close and open the door the big bald guy is there and not the pretty, snuggling mama. Daddy tells me she will be home very soon though.
