I was very disappointed this morning to learn that mommy was ditching me for two whole days to go off on some "business trip." I tried very hard to dissuade her by looking particularly cute this morning. I mean, who could resist this adorableness? Mom that's who. Despite my dashing good looks, mom got in a car early this morning headed for the airport.
Dad and I looked at each other after she left and asked ourselves, "what the heck are we going to do for the next couple of days." The answer was jump in the car and go visit Nana and Cousin Thatcher. They are more fun than a barrel of monkeys.
Anyway, dad says mom misses me lots already. She has called like 15 times. Relax mom, we're cool here.
